How to reach a person at Threado, and how quickly you can expect a reply.
Threado is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and the one we watch most closely. Message us on +923244685227 — a person answers, usually within the hour, during daytime hours in Pakistan.
Use it for anything: a question before you order, a change to an order already placed, a photo of a box that arrived wrong, or a picture of a piece you have finished.
We post work in progress and finished pieces. Messages there reach us too, though more slowly than WhatsApp.
About your order
If you are writing about an order, include the reference from your confirmation — it begins with THR — and we can find it immediately.
