Placing an order

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — usually by telephone or WhatsApp, on the number you gave us.

We may decline an order. If we do, nothing is charged, because nothing is charged until delivery.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include everything except delivery, which is shown separately at checkout before you order.

We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Payment

Cash on delivery. Payment is due to the rider when the box reaches you.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. We are not able to guarantee a courier's timing, and delays outside our control — weather, strikes, an address we cannot find — are not grounds for cancellation once a box is in transit.

What is in the box

The kit contains the parts listed on this site at the time you ordered. The app is included with the kit at no extra charge, with no subscription and no fee for each pattern.

The app runs in a browser. It needs a reasonably modern phone or computer, and we cannot promise it will work on every device ever made.

What you make with it

Whatever you make is yours. We claim nothing over the pieces you produce, and we have no interest in the photographs you use.

Please do not use a photograph you have no right to use.

Fault and replacement

If a kit arrives incomplete or damaged, our responsibility is to replace the part or the kit, as set out in our delivery and returns page. That is the extent of it.

Getting in touch

Any dispute, tell us first on WhatsApp. We would far rather sort something out directly than have you write about us on the internet, and we have never yet failed to.
