Privacy
What Threado collects, what it does not, and what happens to the photograph you upload.
Your photograph never reaches us
This is the part most people ask about, so it goes first.
The pattern is worked out on your own phone or computer, inside your browser. Your photograph is not uploaded to us, not stored on our servers, and not shared with anyone. When you close the tab it is gone. We could not show you your own photo if you asked us to, because we never had it.
What we do collect
When you place an order we collect the name, phone number, delivery address and city you type in, plus your email address if you choose to give one, and any note you add. We need these to bring you a box and to telephone you if something about the delivery is unclear.
We keep that information for as long as we need it to fulfil and account for the order.
What we do with it
We use it to deliver your order and to contact you about it. We give your name, address and phone number to the courier who brings the box, because otherwise they cannot find you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Measurement
Like most sites we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how people arrive and whether the site works. These set cookies and record pages viewed and actions taken, such as reaching the checkout. They do not receive your name, address or phone number.
You can block both with any standard content blocker, and the site works normally if you do.
Live chat
We use a third-party chat widget so you can reach a person from the page. Anything you type into it is handled by that provider as well as by us.
Asking us to delete something
Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you would like removed. If it is not something we need to keep for accounting, we will delete it.
