Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days to most cities and costs Rs 250.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 6,000.

Express delivery to Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad arrives in 24 hours for Rs 500.

Payment

Cash on delivery, everywhere. The rider brings the box, you open it and check it, and you pay then. Nothing is charged before that and there is no card to enter at any point.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is nothing added at the door.

If something is missing or broken

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo of the box and what is wrong with it, and we send the missing part — or the whole kit — again, at no cost to you. You do not pay twice and you do not pay to send anything back.

If you change your mind

Tell us before the box has gone out and we will cancel it, no questions. Since nothing is charged until delivery, there is nothing to refund.

Once a kit has been delivered and opened, we cannot take it back — the thread and the loom cannot be resold once they have been handled. If a kit arrives and you have not opened it, message us and we will arrange collection.

Made a mistake winding it?

That is not a return. Unwind the thread and start again — there is enough in the box for several pieces, and the app does not charge you to make another pattern.
